Privacy Policy — SURGE Interstellar
Last updated: June 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game SURGE Interstellar
("the App", "we", "us") collects and how it is used. By using the App you agree to this policy.
Information collected
We do not operate our own servers and do not directly collect personal information such as your
name or email. However, the App uses third-party services that automatically collect certain
information to provide advertising and analytics:
- Google AdMob (advertising) — may collect device advertising identifiers
(e.g. Apple's IDFA), IP address, device type and OS, and ad-interaction data to serve and
measure ads.
- Google Firebase Analytics (usage analytics) — may collect app-usage events,
a non-permanent app-instance identifier, device model, OS version, and approximate region to
help us understand how the App is used and improve it.
Your game progress (high scores, coins, upgrades) is stored locally on your device
and is not transmitted to us.
How information is used
- To display advertising, including optional rewarded ads and occasional full-screen ads.
- To understand aggregate usage and improve gameplay and stability.
Advertising and your choices
- Personalized ads / consent (EEA, UK, and similar regions): the App presents a
consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) where you can accept or decline personalized
advertising. You can change your choice at any time from within the App's privacy options.
- App Tracking Transparency (iOS): the App asks for permission before tracking;
you may decline, and you can change this later in your device Settings.
- Reset / limit your ad identifier: you can reset or limit ad tracking in your
device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising).
Third-party privacy policies
Data handled by these services is governed by their own policies:
Children's privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information
through the App, contact us and we will address it.
Data retention
Locally stored game data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data.
Data collected by Google is retained according to Google's policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the
"Last updated" date above.
